王涛，肇庆学院音乐学院副院长、副教授。广东省学校美育工作专家、广东省学生体育艺术联合会大学生艺术教育分会副会长、广东省学生体育艺术联合会管乐与打击乐分会副秘书长、广东省管乐协会常务理事、广东省高考音乐统考考官、肇庆市音乐家协会理事、星海音乐学院社会艺术水平考级考官。2016年11月成立广东省第一支萨克斯管乐团；带领肇庆学院萨克斯管乐团入选2020-2021年、2023年广东省高雅艺术进校园演出活动。2020年7月，聘为中央音乐学院管乐类音乐教师专业水平等级培训指导教师，担任萨克斯管课程指导教师授课。

在长期的学习、演奏及教学过程中，多次参加来自法国、意大利、美国等国专家举办的大师班讲学活动，得到了专家的悉心指导，积累了丰富的教学经验，指导多名学生考取国内外各大音乐学院萨克斯管专业硕士研究生。

Expert of aesthetic education work in schools of Guangdong Province, vice president of the Art Education Branch of College Students of Guangdong Student Sports and Arts Federation, deputy secretary-general of the Wind and Percussion Branch of Guangdong Student Sports and Arts Federation, executive director of Guangdong Wind Music Association, examiner of the Guangdong Higher Education Examination Music Unified Examination, director of Zhaoqing Musicians Association, examiner of the Social Art Level Examination of Xinghai Conservatory of Music.In November 2016, he established Guangdong Province's first Saxophone Orchestra; led the Saxophone Orchestra of Zhaoqing University to be selected for the performance activities of Guangdong Province Elegant Arts on Campus in 2020-2021 and 2023.In July 2020, he was appointed as the instructor for the professional level grade training of music teachers of the wind music category in the Central Conservatory of Music, and lectured as the instructor of the saxophone course.

In the process of long-term study, performance and teaching, he has participated in many master class lectures held by experts from France, Italy, the United States and other countries, and has been carefully guided by the experts, accumulated rich teaching experience, and guided many students to get the master's degree of saxophone major in major conservatories at home and abroad.
