沙勇 博士研究生，咸阳师范学院音乐学院萨克斯副教授、咸阳八音管乐协会会长，咸阳市职工音乐家协会副主席，咸阳红星交响管乐团团长，全国高校萨克斯专业委员会理事、咸阳市第十七届“十大杰出青年”咸阳八音音乐中心(曾用名大西北萨克斯玩家馆)创始人,咸阳青少年交响管乐团团长。毕业于西安音乐学院管弦乐系萨克斯专业本科毕业，韩国东义大学音乐学院萨克斯演奏硕士，韩国东义大学音乐学院指挥系博士，曾带领咸阳师范学院八音萨克斯乐团和咸阳市青少年交响乐团 参加第七届穿越韩国国际音乐大赛获得银奖，带领咸阳师范学院八音萨克斯乐团在西安音乐厅举办多场音乐会、带领八音青少年交响管乐团举办各种大型专场音乐会及参与各类省市和官方民办的公益活动，为咸阳乃至陕西管乐文化普及与高端音乐人才的培养做出了积极贡献。

Dr. Sha Yong, associate professor of saxophone at the School of Music of Xianyang Normal University, president of Xianyang Bayin Wind Music Association, vice chairman of Xianyang Staff Musicians Association, head of Xianyang Red Star Symphony Wind Orchestra, director of the National University Saxophone Professional Committee, founder of the 17th "Top Ten Outstanding Youth" Xianyang Bayin Music Center (formerly known as the Northwest Saxophone Player Hall) in Xianyang City, and head of the Xianyang Youth Symphony Wind Orchestra. Graduated from Xi'an Conservatory of Music with a bachelor's degree in saxophone, a master's degree in saxophone performance from the School of Music of Dong-Eu-Eui University, South Korea, and a doctorate in conducting from the School of Music of Dong-Eui University in South Korea. He led the Bayin Youth Symphony Wind Orchestra to hold various large-scale special concerts and participated in various provincial, municipal and official public welfare activities, making positive contributions to the popularization of wind music culture and the cultivation of high-end music talents in Xianyang and even Shaanxi.
